Senior Product Designer

We're a startup event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design on major projects and contribute to our design system.

Requirements

• Experienced in managing complex design projects, ideally in a startup environment with a small team
• Comfortable with data products and simplifying complexity without oversimplifying
• Measure success by real user impact and qualitative insights rather than over-indexing on quantitative metrics
• Demonstrated strength in system design, and rapid prototyping
• Mentor and collaborator who helps others grow
• Skilled facilitator who partners with developers, leads workshops, and drives better processes
