Requirements
- Recruitment Operations: Manage the candidate pipeline, relationships with recruitment agencies, and hiring team members.
- Quarterly Team Retreats: Research, source, and vet venues, monitor and coordinate travel booking processes, and plan and oversee venue logistics.
- People Processes: Coordinate onboarding of new team members, manage tooling and documentation of team-facing people processes, and track and approve absence requests.
