You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive company culture, recruiting top talents, planning and organizing events, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate has a passion for people and culture, is organized and communicative, and has experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• Studying business administration, sociology, psychology or a comparable course of study
• Experience in a people and culture team
• Organizational talent with a feel for planning and implementing events
• Comfortable taking on tasks independently and in contact with people
• Digital skills with Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion
• German native speaker and fluent English speaker
