Recruiter

Plasmidsaurus is hiring a Recruiter to help build an exceptional team. The Recruiter will find, engage, and close strong talent, and implement recruiting best practices to help raise the bar on how we hire as we scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups working directly with hiring managers; biotech, life sciences, or other technically complex environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing skillset and experience, and a track record of engaging and converting hard-to-reach, high-caliber candidates.
• Experience building or improving on recruiting processes and hiring best practices in lean teams.
• Proven success recruiting across diverse role types, including technical, business, and scientific and/or R&D positions.
• Hands-on experience leveraging recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, signal quality, and scale impact.
