BU PURCHASING SUPPLIER QUALITY PROFESSIONAL -

Manage the APQP process with suppliers to achieve non-event launches, coordinate and manage supplier PPAP’s, engage with the POAE Plant SQE on risks and containment during launch, and manage program changes with suppliers.

Requirements

• Conduct feasibility assessments with potential suppliers
• Manage the APQP / PPAP process with the suppliers
• Monitor APQP deliverables
• Analyze first off-tool parts and start of Part history tracking at the supplier
• Enforce a CONVERGENCE process on critical or significant characteristics
• Monitor mountability and packaging validation
• Lead Run@Rate at Supplier facility
• Submit PPAP status to SPM and Plant SQE
• Validate the ISAR with the supplier
• Report progress for each program and each supplier
• Ensure a transparent process of change management
• Maintain part status (configuration, revision levels) at plant and PPAP on-line system
