Requirements

• MS/PhD in Mechatronics or Electronics or Material Science (metallurgy will be an advantage)
• Expertise in actuators, sensors, materials, and industrial processes
• Knowledge of GD&T standards, DFMEA, problem-solving tools
• Fluent English (French/German is a plus)
• Good interpersonal relationships, strong organizational skills, efficiency management & communication
• High level of initiative
