Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a production environment
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Knowledge of labour law
• Good English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent analytical and consulting skills
• High interpersonal skills, using various devices for communication within the organization
• Proactivity
