Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year of project planning or project leadership
• Good knowledge of electronics technologies and solid orientation in the electronics domain (components, PCB, validation)
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and prioritization skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
