Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or several years of experience in designing automotive components
• 5+ years of experience in lamp/system design (mechanical, optical, or electronic), ideally within the automotive industry
• Proven leadership or project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong system-engineering competencies, including experience with tools such as Polarion
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to present to large audiences and manage daily customer interactions
• Strong cost awareness, structured work organization, and a self-driven, autonomous mindset; willingness to travel to company sites, customers, and suppliers
