Requirements
- Master's degree in Logistics, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in packaging engineering, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of packaging systems, returnable concepts, material handling, and cost drivers
- Proven experience in defining and setting up supply chains for various delivery concepts
- Experience in cost calculations, business cases, and lifecycle costing
- Familiarity with lean principles and digital planning tools (e.g. CAD, 3D viewers, simulation software, pack assistant)
- Transparent team player, able to convince colleagues about new ideas and able to work autonomously
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to motivate and align the broader team
- Fluent in English and German, strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to plants, suppliers, and customer sites
