P4M Consulting - (JOB0001628) Senior Business Consultant OT (former Capability Lead)

We're looking for a hands-on, visionary Capability Lead to drive our Operational Technology (OT) capability forward. You'll lead the global OT capability, shape the strategy, grow the team, and deliver world-class outcomes across the globe.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT/IT consulting or practice leadership
• Experience in Operational Technology, and ideally with tools such as Nozomi, Microsoft Defender for OT, or Tenable for OT
• Understanding of the intersection of IT and OT and ability to model data, design governance, and drive process optimization
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform
• Master's degree or MBA
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
