Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing digital design projects, with a focus on CRM, marketing automation, or complex campaign initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced knowledge of design and motion tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and prototyping platforms.
- Proven expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with risk assessment in campaign delivery (e.g., deliverability issues, rendering bugs).
- Strong data analysis awareness to evaluate campaign performance (CTR, Open Rates) and inform strategic design decisions.
