Senior Researcher - Healthcare & Insurance

Senior Researcher - Healthcare & Insurance position requires 7+ years of experience managing user research projects, with a focus on large-scale or complex initiatives, in Healthcare, Insurance, and Fintech industries. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing user and market research initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, Social Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience managing user research projects, with a focus on large-scale or complex initiatives
• Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in Healthcare, Insurance, and Fintech industries
• Advanced knowledge of research and project management tools, such as Dovetail, Figma, Maze, Jira, and collaboration platforms
• Proven expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and a wide range of research methodologies (Usability Testing, Interviews, Surveys, Contextual Inquiry)
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to evaluate project performance, synthesize qualitative/quantitative data, and inform strategic decisions
