Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum development
- Experience managing teachers and creating content
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) and a good understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong project management, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven tracking
