Student Advocate

At Platzi, the Student Success Team helps students reach their learning goals by providing support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve their experience. As a Student Advocate, you will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Education to deliver timely support and drive commercial outcomes in our B2C funnel.

Requirements

• Help students via chat, email, and social
• Convert trials and leads into paid students
• Onboard new subscribers
• Reach out at key moments to drive renewals and useful upgrades
• Keep clear CRM notes, update help articles, and report product issues and simple trends to Growth, Marketing, and Product
