Senior Legal Counsel

Playson is seeking a strategic Legal Counsel to convert regulatory complexity into competitive edge. This role involves coordinating jurisdictional due diligence, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and maintaining corporate governance. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Ukrainian and possess strong legal experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must
• LLB / LLM (or equivalent)
• 3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in iGaming (must have)
• Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks and deliver business-centric solutions
• Excellence in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication
• Meticulous, proactive, and results-driven with strong organisational skills and ethical standards
