We’re looking for a data-driven and people-focused Business Analyst Team Lead to guide the analytical direction and day-to-day execution of MyVegas. In this role, you’ll mentor analysts, elevate analytical standards, and turn complex player and product data into clear insights that influence feature development, monetization strategy, and overall game performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on analytical experience, with a strong preference for experience in gaming analytics.
- 2+ years leading data analysts and/or economists, including coaching, prioritization, and day-to-day leadership.
- BA/B.Sc. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
- Strong SQL proficiency, with experience working on large and complex datasets.
- Structured, methodological approach to analytics, enabling clear, reliable, and impactful insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and presenting clear, actionable insights to product and business partners.
- Solid understanding of free-to-play and social gaming, including monetization mechanics, player behavior, and core game loops.
