Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Protection Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join our team at Playtech Managed Services in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, handling tasks related to money laundering prevention, and collaborating with the Compliance and Risk teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming/Online Gambling industry
- Familiarity with responsible gambling and customer protection principles and practices
- At least 6 months of proven experience as an employee at the company
