Job Description
As an iGaming Floor Supervisor, you will oversee live game operations and ensure a professional experience in a streaming environment, comply with gaming regulations, and collaborate with management to improve studio performance.
Requirements
- Supervise and ensure Live Dealers and Shufflers comply with regulations
- Correct mistakes promptly
- Demonstrate mastery of all company-offered games
- Ensure studio operations comply with policies
- Monitor and address technical disruptions
- Collaborate with management to test studio performance
- Maintain professionalism and handle guest complaints
- Attend educational events and provide support to Site Manager
- Assume leadership in communication and conflict resolution
- Fulfill additional duties as directed by management
