Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Van der Valk Plaza Resort Bonaire, a unique and international environment where hospitality and quality come together. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process within our organization, interacting with hiring managers and marketing vacancies in an attractive way. You will also assist and support new employees who are relocating to Bonaire and contribute to a flying start by welcoming new employees on their first working day.

Requirements

• Publishing, managing, and optimizing vacancies
• Actively approaching candidates
• Conducting (first) interviews and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Building and maintaining a talent pool for future vacancies
• Monitoring and improving recruitment processes and reporting any peculiarities
