Job Description
Plexus is seeking a Customer Manager/Global Account Manager to create and execute account strategies for assigned customers. The role involves representing the voice of the customer to the customer team and the voice of Plexus to the external customer.
Requirements
- Create a working account plan with strategies to increase profitable revenue, account penetration, and engagement points
- Develop innovative solutions to differentiate Plexus' service offering with customers
- Ensure Plexus meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Lead a cross-functional team to manage customer P&L and meet/exceed financial objectives
