At Plexus, we help create products that build a better world. We invest in our people and communities, and value inclusivity and growth. As a Design Assurance Engineer intern, you'll engage in impactful work, collaborate globally, and develop your skills through various programs.
Requirements
- Ensure project activities comply with Plexus' SOPs, ISO quality systems, FDA QSR, REACH, RoHS, and medical device standards
- Direct prototype development and assembly, authoring and reviewing product documentation
- Participate in quality system development and maintenance
- Demonstrate proficiency with lab equipment and debug techniques
- Determine specifications to comply with regulatory requirements
- Lead development of product Risk Management Plan, Design Failure Modes and Effects Analyses, and Fault Tree Analyses
- Participate in Design Verification test activities
- Evaluate product Bill of Materials for lifecycle or environmental compliance concerns
