Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Proactive approach and ownership for activities related to the success of the Focus Factory
• Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
