Job Description
The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas, responsible for managing the day-to-day customer relationship and leading systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Lead the Customer Focus Team(s)
- Engage with Customer(s) in respect of delivery commitments
- Negotiate PPV and NRE
- Lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction
- Leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
