The Quality Engineer I ensures continuous quality compliance during manufacturing operations, monitors quality issues, and leads containment and purges. They develop inspection strategies, create and maintain Certificates of Compliance, and ensure quality awareness in operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and conduct experiments
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to coach and mentor technicians and other support staff
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
