Senior Manager- Quality

The Senior Manager- Quality will support the strategic planning, development, execution and compliance of Plexus' corporate Quality Management System (QMS) to all applicable quality regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the related field
• Previous experience in a management role is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
• Good working knowledge of electronic assemblies, components, quality monitoring and improvement technique
• Experience in PCBA, box build in high mix low volume manufacturing
• Good discipline and attitude
• People management skill and quality mindset
