Job Description
At Plexus, we're looking for a Marketing Director to help us achieve ambitious goals, including a 30% year-over-year increase in marketing-sourced revenue. As a fast-moving legal tech company, we're seeking a leader who can refine our brand and demand generation strategies, improve lead quality, and drive innovative acquisition and content initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in SaaS, tech, or even better, legal or financial tech
- built and executed digital-first marketing strategies that drive real results
- experienced in demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle programs
- comfortable with change, flexible, and adaptable
- clear and persuasive communicator
- commercial and impact-led, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- growth and demand at the core, with a background in growth and digital marketing
