As an Assistant Store Manager at PLS, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. You will assist the Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives, and perform duties of a Customer Service Representative in the absence of the Store Manager.
