Job Description
Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking an Open Innovation Manager to champion the Plug and Play business model and source corporate and limited partners in the insurance space. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success and a strong understanding of the banking or insurance sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or other related field
- 4+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Experience in the banking or insurance sector preferred
- Self-motivated, analytical, and ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Passion for improving financial services and the insurance landscape
