Support the recruitment process, assist with candidate sourcing and initial screening, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Comfortable working with basic digital tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
