We're seeking a Senior Partner Success Associate to deliver value to our partners in different verticals, with a focus on video games, gamification, digital assets, web3 or related areas. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, ambitious, detail-oriented, and able to influence both within the organization and with external partners.
Requirements
- Drive end-to-end projects execution, monitoring progress and KPIs, anticipating risks, and ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with our clients and key stakeholders to ensure successful project alignment and generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
- Run and lead events organization inside the scope of the project.
- Keep track of new trends within your project and actively advise our clients on potential strategic opportunities aligned with project objectives
- Diligently conduct ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by our clients ensuring timely execution, resource coordination and cross team and stakeholder alignment
- Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
- Sourcing, outreach, and screening of new and relevant startups to support the project objectives or generate internal for investments or business development opportunities
- Identify business development, licensing, and strategic investment opportunities that advance project goals for both clients and the Plug and Play ecosystem.
- Devise engagement plans that consider client business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
- Prepare clear project documentation, including project progress reports, engagement reports/case studies of client interaction with startups, dealflows, PoCs, etc to communicate outcomes and insights
- Conduct market and industry reports, to support strategic planning, providing analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for project expansion.
- Support on commercial activities such as lead generation, proposal preparation among others.
