The Lead Field Service Technician will support fuel cell products, performing preventative maintenance, resolving breakdowns, and installing and servicing fuel cells at customer sites. This role requires excellent technical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework
- Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis unassisted
- Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications
- General mechanical aptitude
- Computer and software systems skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity in solving technical problems
- Ability to work independently
