Job Description
The Business Development Liaison is responsible for representing the facility in assigned markets, particularly hospitals, crisis units, and mental health professionals. They will build relationships with clinicians and management to increase community awareness of Plum Creek Recovery Ranch and grow a sales pipeline. This role requires effective prospecting, qualifying leads, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Five (5) years in healthcare marketing and/or community relations, preferably in behavioral health.
- Valid TX Driver’s License.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve, and follow through.
- Basic knowledge of treatment procedures.
- Reliable transportation.
