Payments Analyst

Plum is a smart saving and investing app that is looking for a Payment Analyst to support the company's payment operations and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• Experience in payment operations management within Fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Familiarity with investment products (ISA, GIA, stocks, mutual funds).
• Hands-on experience with payment systems (SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, card acquiring).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
