Job Description
Plume Network is seeking a Broker-Dealer and Transfer Agent Compliance Officer to build and administer the compliance architecture for the US gateway to a universe of onchain RWAs. The role involves designing and implementing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulations, managing AML and transfer agent roles, and providing training to employees. Plume is a rapidly growing blockchain platform specializing in real-world asset tokenization and finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compliance within the financial services industry (broker-dealer preferred)
- Active FINRA Series 7/24 licenses (or equivalent registration), or ability to obtain them within 90 days.
- Strong understanding of SEC and FINRA rules related to the regulatory landscape.
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
