Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineering to join our Software Engineering team for a permanent position. We are a primarily front end engineering team, working with Agile methodologies, building tools and web components to create and maintain a suite of white-label loyalty solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7-10+ years of experience leading software projects or development teams.
- Intermediate technical level with backend application development: at least 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring.
- Staff technical level with frontend application development: at least 7+ years of experience in ReactJS.
- At least 2+ years of prior experience leading a team of developers at multiple technical levels.
- Passion for developing others.
- Passion for applying good software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
- Belief in the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication.
