Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Automation Director to build and lead the strategic direction and technical execution of Plusgrade's Finance Data Engineering function.
Requirements
- - Deep finance engineering or finance systems leadership experience in high-growth technology or product-led organizations
- - Expertise in enterprise platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive)
- - Fluency in finance data and systems architecture topics
- - Operational mastery of core finance workflows
- - Measurement mindset with the ability to define, track, and communicate system performance and transformation ROI
- - Systems thinking and tooling experience across finance automation, BI/reporting, and integration technologies
- - Clear, executive-ready communication and stakeholder management skills
