Documentation Specialist

PM-International is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join their R&D Department and Technical Documentation Team in Esch-Belval, Sanem, Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical documentation of raw materials for food supplements, reviewing specifications, and establishing internal reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in technical documentation or technical field
• Knowledge of food supplement ingredients, functional foods, or nutraceuticals
• Effective communication skills in English
• Self-motivated team player with hands-on mentality
