Job Description
This Project Controls Specialist role focuses on monitoring budget integrity, providing financial assurance to college functional staff, and reviewing project costs. The position involves data analysis, variance analysis, cost reporting, and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures. The individual will also be responsible for interfacing with various technical disciplines and communicating effectively with management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years professional experience in program and/or project controls on a construction program.
- BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree.
- Experience working through the entire project life cycle.
- Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost/schedule management, earned value management, change management, forecasting, and risk assessment.
