Job Description
Project Managers are responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, coordinating activities, resources, and communicating with the team and project stakeholders. They manage projects within complex areas such as Finance, Regulatory, and Engineering, ensuring projects meet requirements and stay on track. Project Managers also develop project plans and monitor progress.

- Steering Committee Decks (PowerPoint presentations)
- Action item management
- Managing requests for new additions to training classes
- Mapping employees to training classes
- Providing a list of classes, instructors and participants
- Ensuring training has been scheduled through EL&D
- Rescheduling training when employees have missed
- Reaching out to coordinate when field resources can be pulled out of field for training
- Obtaining classrooms in the districts/regions
- Tracking training completion
- Managing passwords in the training environment
- Backup resource for scheduling training classes into SuccessFactors
