Job Description
P2CM is seeking dynamic and organized Project Managers to join their team. These roles involve managing electrical infrastructure projects, optimizing project success, and influencing project delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management principles and possess strong communication skills. They are seeking individuals with project management experience from other construction projects.
Requirements
- Manage multiple construction projects within Engineering-Procurement-Construction-Closeout phases
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely hand-offs
- Excellent communication skills and project documentation
- Project team meetings and conflict resolution
- Strong project management skills in planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and budget management
- Experience with field construction managers and contractors
