Job Description
The Project Manager will lead and execute projects related to District Facilities Planning & Development, ranging in value from $100K to $2M. This role involves assisting college administrators with building plans, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of construction processes and facility management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, urban planning, or related field
- Four years of full-time, paid professional-level experience in planning facilities or managing construction projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Or, successful completion of a college-level project management curriculum (CCM certification) OR Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
