Job Description
This Project Manager will oversee Commissioning (Cx) activities for new and renovation projects, focusing on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. They will supervise design, construction, and warranty phases, ensuring adherence to Cx industry standards and project schedules. The role involves managing budgets and developing staff training programs.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in the design, commissioning and compliance process of private or commercial projects.
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
- Six (6) years of experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in the design, commissioning and compliance process of a capital, public or educational facility construction project.
