Job Description
PMA is seeking a leadership role within its resident engineer team, focusing on project management, site supervision, and project controls across all project phases. The role requires strong communication, team management, client communication, and operational expertise. This position is a critical component of effective project delivery, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, risk management, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- Provide leadership functions like recruiting and training.
- Serve as PMA’s representative in front of the client’s organization.
- Support and lead project cost, schedule, and scope management.
- Manage projects through all phases of the lifecycle, coordinating teams and stakeholders.
- Develop project documents, including meeting minutes and action items.
- Ensure compliance with policies and contracts.
- Support cross-functional initiatives.
