The Regional Manager – Emerging Business Solutions will drive the growth and execution of alternate enterprise business lines within their respective region. This includes Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Development.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fintech, digital payments, and corporate disbursement solutions.
• Strategic thinking with executional agility; able to manage multiple business streams simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales.
• Leadership experience managing diverse and geographically spread teams.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise business.
