Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in paid search
- Advanced expertise in managing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and reporting
- Experience with testing frameworks, including A/B testing and creative experimentation
- Strong skills in implementing advanced strategies, such as keyword expansion, audience segmentation, and bidding optimizations
