Job Description
PMM is seeking a Plastics Engineer to support manufacturing operations by optimizing and troubleshooting injection molding processes. This role involves process improvements, new product launches, and providing technical expertise to reduce scrap and improve production performance. PMM is committed to American manufacturing, innovation, and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience with Plastics Injection Molding
- Bachelor's or higher in Engineering (Plastics preferred)
- Proficient use of IQMS and Solidworks / AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of mold building, raw materials, equipment, and molding techniques
