Director Finance Transformation & Consulting (w/m/d)

You will lead and develop a team to deliver finance transformation and consulting services to customers, while also driving customer development and implementing new solutions.

Requirements

• Long-term and in-depth expertise in finance, preferably from accounting and/or controlling
• Experience with planning and consolidation solutions, ideally with Tagetik
• Knowledge of common CPM tools like Tagetik, Acterys, or comparable solutions
• Strong sales-oriented mindset and ability to think in solutions and added value for the customer
• Leadership and team development experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
