Job Description
PMR Healthcare is seeking a "dynamic and passionate", hunter-type salesperson/consultant to join our team. The Outside Sales Consultant will expand the Mid-West territory and develop strong and lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience and success with B2B sales: generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience in health insurance, employer-based clinics, and/or the broader healthcare industry
- Expertise in presenting and communicating to diverse groups of people from various industries
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with distribution channels such as broker consultants, carriers, captives, and third-party payers AND/OR familiarity with self-funded employers and their medical or workers' compensation programs
