IT System Administrator (m/w/d) - Internal Network and Microsoft Infrastructure. Troubleshooting, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and change tickets in the internal infrastructure
- Coordination of internal support requests
- Implementation of internal projects and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Further development of workflows in the ticket system and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Automation and partial automation of internal IT processes
- Identification and resolution of technical problems in 1st- and 2nd-level support
- Experience with network components (NetGear and/or Extreme Networks, Macmon, and Sophos firewalls)
- Knowledge in the area of VoIP (e.g. Starface)
- Experience in hybrid Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Exchange Online, Intune, PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams)
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g. PowerShell) for automations
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Driver's license Class B
